Chelle and I have made two new friends, well erm, actually three. Zissou and Spike are our new neighbors. so is their pet human Scott. It's so cool, since Chelle and I have been desiging our own line of clothing based on Crockett and Clementine, that we've met Scott. He has recently come out with a line of clothing based around Zissou and Spike that has recieved much press. Scott has been great in helping Chelle with ideas and connections. We are very excited to plan the future endeavors of our puppies. I hope they don't act like most Hollywood kids and resent us, get involved in drugs and then sue us for keeping them in a cage.
Just a few more reasons to love our babies..........
Check out that face!!!!!
Here are all 3 of my Favorites~
Oh my darlin' , Oh my darlin'.........here's a DARLING Clementine.....
My butt is cutest.......No mine is........no mine is.....no MINE is......
Whew. All that playing, eating, playing, loving and snuggling sure does wear us out! snoozin' away the day..........soon we'll wake up again and play :)

Crockett and Clementine's Homecoming
As we partake in this beautiful First day of summer, may I share our personal new beginnings with you as Christian and I welcome the newest members of our family. Please meet Crockett and Clementine as they are embraced by their new mother for the very first time......Boy, what a wonderful hug :)
Chelle with the pups seconds after they were unloaded from the transpet. Needless to say, it sure didn't take long for our little ones to realize that they were in good hands and that they would be well taken care of forever!!!! It was just surreal finally having our little canine creatures snuggled up together and the sweet smell of puppy breath filling the car as we made our way home to play. Clementine shows off her puppy tummy romping with her new toys in our "front yard" - HAHA. Oh well - our babies don't care if its only 3 feet of grass, they already LIVE the term "s p o i l e d" Happy Father's day (just a little late, sweetie) - you should have seen these two play with their Daddy - like it was a match made in heaven.......it probably was! oh boy, oh boy, oh boy - we sure do love toys......and grass....and toys....and kissing, and playing,,,,,,,,,and hugging, and toys........and grass.......and kissing,,,,,,,and toys......and grass
Damn - if I was any cuter, I would be my mom. (hahaha)
A few videos of our first day with them:as you might imagine....we have made arrangements to sell them immediately to someone who could love them better than we can. We feel we are asking a fair price.......$10,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000.00 (of course, that is for the pair.) tee hee. we love C4.

Chelle's Birthday
Monday was Chelle's birthday. Thank you to all of you that called and sang for her. She is very blessed to have so many great friends and family members.
Her birthday gift will arrive on June 21st when Crockett and Clementine get here. I did get her Dachshunds for Dummies though just to prepare her.
Chelle's Birthday!
Saturday evening we had some friends over to celebrate the short girls birthday.
Josh and Judy and the baby bean Sean and Sharon
Ugo and Renee
We met up at our place and then went to dinner at La Palapa on the beach. We had several appetizer and Mohitos. It was a blast! Afterwards we went to the House of Hayden and Panama Jacks. We all had a great time and my baby had a great birthday.

A day at our BeachOn Saturday June 3rd. Chelle and I walked over the bridge to harbor beach. It was the first time that we have been to the beach across the harbor from our place.
This beach is so close and convenient that we suspect we will be spending a lot of time here this summer.
Home.
Guess who is coming to dinner? and breakfast and lunch and then dinner again......
Introducing Crockett Crowe and
The lovely Clementine Crowe
Oh my goodness!!! You can't imagine how excited we are. We have just adopted two precious babies from Missouri. They arrive June 21st. Time to redecorate the guest bedroom into a puppy nursery.
Only a few weeks until we can post photos of them in our arms.
I wish you all could see my wife jumping and dancing around the house! She is more excited than I have ever seen her. This is one happy birthday girl.

The Gondola Getaway
Just over the bridge on the other side of Harbor Beach lies the Gondola Getaway. There you will find about a dozen authentic Venetian gondolas that are available when the mood hits. According to their website, "They gently cruise the enchanting canals and waterways of Naples Island near the resort area of Belmont Shores in Long Beach." Anyway, all that being said, when our friends and families visit we will have to give it a try. LINK
Saturday on Dog Beach
We rode our bikes down to lay in the sun on our own Dog Beach. There is a section of the beach not far from where we live that has been designated for unleashed doggies. As you all know Chelle and I love us some doggies, so there is no better beach for us to enjoy then one with cute puppies roaming around.
This particular part of Long Beach is extremely popular for Kite Surfers as seen in the picture above. It really is amazing to watch them go.
Here are some puppies now. I don't think you can really see it from this photo, but in the background there are a kazillion small sailboats (they're out quite a way).
We look forward to bringing our puppy here once we meet just the right one to come live with us.
What about Bob?
In 1988 I moved to Portland, Oregon and into the band house of my new band Versus. Bob was probably the person I connected to the most. He has always seemed like a brother to me. Tuesday night he rang and alerted me that he was in town on vacation. So Wednesday night Bob and Chelsea came for a visit. We had a great time together. We had wine, cheese and crackers on our patio and then walked down 2nd street in Belmont Shores to Le Creperie (or something like that). When we returned to the house we continued catching up, Bob and I talked till 4:45 am. I love reminiscing with my friends. It is always so surprising to me how long ago certain things in my life happened. Many times they seem like only yesterday.

Beautiful Evening, Beautiful Wife
An absolutely gorgeous evening in Naples.
Chelle Belle and her new summer do. Gosh! Isn't she adorable? I don't know why I am asking that like I don't know. I know how lucky I am. She is the absolute cutest!!!
Ok, time to put the steaks on. Love you all, wish you were here.
Cheers,
Christian

Saturday at the Beach
Exactly one week and a year later, we reconvened in the same spot on San Onofre Beach. Nick, Strat, Francesca, Arnold, Jackie, Steve, Orla, Baby Cleo, Josh, Judy, Chelle and I enjoyed a beautiful day of surfing, sun bathing, and grilling.
The weather was the best we have had for some time now. In SoCal there is a phase known as June Gloom. It seems like it has started early this year. It consists of cold overcast days until about two or three when it burns off and the sun begins to shine. This day however, the sun shined brightly the entire day.
Steve played the guitar and Cleo danced and clapped for us.
Another one of our video diaries.
Nick grilled up some great burgers and dogs for us. Although I did find him sitting down on the job.
The Happy Crowes.
Another beautiful California adventure for us. We continue to praise God that we are able to be out here and enjoy our first years of marriage so much.
We are very blessed.

Puppies Everywhere
Chelle and I had so much fun at the Bulldog Beauty Contest. We took the Vespa down the street to the Livingston Park. It's only about a mile away. (there is also a dog friendly beach real near as well.) As you can see from the photos there were close to 300 hundred dogs there. Most were Bulldogs, but dog lovers of all kinds brought there canines out to enjoy the show.
